Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (TCUS) govern access to and use of the HandiTalents platform, as well as the relationship between the platform, its users, and its partners.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using the services offered, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.
1. Platform Overview
The HandiTalents platform is a digital solution dedicated to the professional inclusion of persons with disabilities. It connects candidates, companies, and institutional partners to facilitate access to employment, inclusive recruitment, and talent development.
The platform is operated by HANDISUCCESS INTERNATIONAL SARL, represented by Mr. Nejah Cherif, acting as Manager.

The company is registered with the National Business Register under number 1829794G.
Within these terms, HANDISUCCESS INTERNATIONAL SARL shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Publisher.”
2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions aim to define:
- the rules for accessing and using the HandiTalents platform;
- the rights and obligations of users;
- the subscription conditions for services offered;
- the financial rules applicable to subscriptions;
- the responsibilities of each party.
Any use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Platform: the HandiTalents website and all associated digital functionalities.
- User: any natural or legal person accessing the platform.
- Candidate: any individual registered on the platform seeking employment, particularly persons with disabilities.
- Company: any organization wishing to recruit, publish job offers, or consult candidate profiles.
- ANETI Institutional Account: an account dedicated to the National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment (ANETI), allowing access to certain statistics, reports, and indicators related to platform activity.
- Account: a personal space created by a user to access platform services.
- Subscription: a paid package granting access to specific functionalities.
4. Access to the Platform
The platform may be accessed from any device with an internet connection and compatible technology.
Users acknowledge that they possess the technical means necessary to access the service.
The Publisher reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, updates, technical improvements, or security reasons.
5. Account Creation and Management
Access to certain features requires the creation of a personal account.
When registering, users agree to:
- provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
- maintain the confidentiality of login credentials;
- avoid creating false profiles;
- avoid impersonating third parties.
Users remain solely responsible for all actions carried out through their account.
In case of unauthorized or fraudulent use, users agree to notify the Publisher as soon as possible.
6. Services Offered
6.1 Services for Candidates
The platform may allow candidates to:
- create a professional profile;
- upload a CV and supporting documents;
- search for job opportunities;
- apply to published job offers;
- access training or coaching content;
- connect with employers;
- use an instant messaging service with recruiters and companies;
- schedule interviews through the integrated calendar;
- participate in online interviews directly via HandiTalents;
- automatically generate a CV based on the information provided during registration.
6.2 Services for Companies
The platform may allow companies to:
- create a recruiter account;
- publish job offers;
- search and review candidate profiles;
- access a talent database;
- manage applications;
- use an instant messaging service to communicate with candidates;
- schedule interviews through the integrated calendar;
- conduct online interviews directly via HandiTalents;
- access automatically generated candidate CVs;
- generate compliance reports related to Law No. 41 of 2016 concerning the employment of persons with disabilities;
- generate reports of job posting;
- subscribe to premium services or subscriptions.
Note: Compliance reports related to Law No. 41 of 2016, as well as reports on the publication of job postings, are prepared for the purposes of monitoring and evaluating companies’ compliance with their legal obligations, and as supporting documentation for actions taken on the platform. These reports have no legally binding effect with respect to the relevant regulatory authorities.
6.3 Services for ANETI Institutional Accounts
The platform may also provide authorized users from the National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment (ANETI) with access to a dedicated institutional dashboard.
This access may include:
- statistics related to job postings by company;
- data on the number of applications received per position and company;
- reasons for candidate rejection communicated by companies;
- profiles of candidates selected for interviews;
- employment contracts of candidates hired through the HandiTalents platform;
- job publication reports;
- compliance reports related to Law No. 41 of 2016 concerning the employment of persons with disabilities;
- monitoring indicators related to inclusive employment and recruitment.
7. Financial Conditions and Sales Terms
Registration and use of the platform are entirely free for candidates.
Candidates may create a profile, upload their CV, search for jobs, apply for offers, and access standard platform features at no cost.
ANETI institutional accounts are also provided free of charge for monitoring, statistical analysis, employment support, and regulatory compliance purposes.
Certain services offered to companies are paid.
The pricing applicable to companies is displayed on the platform at the time of subscription and through this link: https://www.handitalents.com/job-packages/, and may be modified at any time by the publisher.
Subscriptions are generally offered on an annual basis unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available on the platform, including bank transfer, bank card payment, and postal card payment.
In the event of late or non-payment, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to paid services.
7.1 Sales Conditions for Companies
Companies subscribing to paid services acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
- subscriptions become active once payment has been successfully completed;
- subscription fees are payable according to the pricing plan selected by the company;
- invoices may be issued electronically and made available through the platform or sent by email;
- subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated, except where required by applicable law;
- the Publisher reserves the right to modify pricing plans, provided that users are informed before renewal or future subscription periods;
- companies remain responsible for ensuring that billing information provided is accurate and up to date.
7.2 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same duration and under the same conditions as the initial subscription, unless the Company cancels the subscription at least three (3) months prior to the expiration date.
Companies may cancel their subscription before the renewal date through their account settings or by contacting the Publisher, subject to the required notice period mentioned above.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
No refund shall be granted for unused periods of an active subscription unless otherwise required by law.
8. Content Publication
Users are solely responsible for the content published on the platform, including CVs, job offers, profile information, documents, and comments.
The publication of the following is strictly prohibited:
- false, misleading, or inaccurate content;
- discriminatory, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful statements;
- content infringing on third-party rights;
- illegal or non-compliant job offers.
The Publisher reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with these terms.
9. Company Commitments
Companies using the platform agree to:
- publish genuine and lawful job offers;
- respect equal opportunity and non-discrimination principles;
- use candidate data exclusively for recruitment purposes;
- not sell, transfer, or share personal data without authorization.
10. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected through the platform is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
This data may be used for:
- account creation and management;
- application processing;
- connecting candidates and companies;
- continuous improvement of platform services.
10.1 Data Collected from Candidates
During registration or use of the platform, candidates may provide the following personal data:
- full name;
- postal address;
- date of birth;
- disability card number;
- disability card expiration date;
- contact details;
- professional and educational background.
Candidates may also upload the following supporting documents:
- front and back copy of the disability card;
- copies of diplomas and certificates;
- curriculum vitae (CV);
- a candidate presentation video with a maximum duration of three (3) minutes.
This information is used exclusively for profile management, application processing, verification of declared information, and connection with employers.
Candidate data and supporting documents are visible only to registered and authenticated companies on the HandiTalents platform, within the context of recruitment and in compliance with applicable confidentiality rules.
10.2 Data Collected from Companies
When creating a company account, the following information may be required:
- company name;
- total number of employees;
- number of employees with disabilities;
- business contact information;
- administrative and legal information.
Companies may also be required to provide the following supporting documents:
- business license copy;
- copy of registration with the National Business Register (RNE);
- employment contracts of candidates recruited through HandiTalents, when required for impact monitoring or recruitment validation.
10.3 ANETI Institutional Access to Data
Users with an ANETI institutional account may access only the data, statistics, and reports necessary for carrying out their institutional responsibilities.
This access is limited to information relevant to employment monitoring, professional inclusion, regulatory compliance, and recruitment performance analysis.
Access granted to institutional accounts is subject to strict confidentiality and security requirements.
10.4 User Rights
Each user has the following rights:
- right of access to personal data;
- right to rectification;
- right to deletion;
- right to object;
- right to restriction of processing.
A separate Privacy Policy may complement these Terms and Conditions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, databases, features, illustrations, and visual elements, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, whether partial or total, without prior authorization from the Publisher, is strictly prohibited.
12. Liability
The Publisher uses reasonable efforts to ensure the proper operation of the platform.
However, the Publisher does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability;
- the absence of technical errors;
- successful recruitment or employment outcomes.
The Publisher shall not be held liable for agreements, communications, or contracts concluded between candidates and companies through the platform.
13. Suspension or Deletion of Accounts
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in the event of:
- violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- fraud or attempted fraud;
- misuse of the platform;
- publication of unlawful or prohibited content.
Suspension or deletion may occur without prior notice in cases of serious misconduct.
14. Duration and Termination
These Terms and Conditions apply throughout the duration of platform use.
Users may delete their account at any time, subject to any ongoing contractual obligations.
The Publisher may terminate a user’s access in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
15. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, technical, or commercial developments.
Users will be informed of any significant modifications through the platform or any appropriate communication method.
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Tunisian law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Publisher’s registered office shall have exclusive authority.

18. Acceptance of Terms
By using the HandiTalents platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.
