- Platform Purpose
HandiTalents connects job seekers, particularly persons with disabilities, with inclusive employers.
The Platform facilitates recruitment but does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
- User Accounts
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Provide accurate and truthful information;
- Keep login credentials confidential.
HandiTalents reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.
- Candidate Obligations
Candidates may:
- Create a profile;
- Upload CVs and video CVs;
- Apply for job opportunities.
Candidates acknowledge that recruitment decisions are made solely by employers.
- Employer Obligations
Employers commit to:
- Respect applicable labor and anti-discrimination laws;
- Use candidate data only for recruitment purposes;
- Act in accordance with inclusive employment principles.
- Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their content.
By submitting content, users grant HandiTalents the right to host and display it for Platform operation.
All platform elements (logo, design, text, software) remain the exclusive property of HandiTalents.
- Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the HandiTalents Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability
HandiTalents acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for:
- Employer hiring decisions;
- User-generated content;
- Technical interruptions or indirect damages.
- Termination
HandiTalents may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
- Modifications
HandiTalents reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Tunisian courts.
